What a brilliant day, thanks for your support, guidance and protection today always felt safe even though I began with severe trepidation and felt miles out my comfort zone, but you and that great group of people ( weren’t they fun company?) helped me rise to challenge, i grew in confidence with every stroke and felt i could have swum all day.
I’ve found something new and wonderful.

Had a great day again. Beautiful swim down the river and Rydal is always lovely to swim in. You never feel on your own with Swim the Lakes, the guides look after you so well and the swimmers are always so friendly. You can swim as much or as little as you like. Roll on next summer if we can come up again, maybe another weekend.
