Hi! I bought my wetsuit from you in September, and christened it in Rydal Water two weekends ago. I couldn’t believe the difference the suit made to my swim; I was positively warm, having always previously struggled with huge loss of body temperature. I had a lovely swim out to the island, and loved simply floating in the water, with all of my extra buoyancy. You guys are amazing in your quality of service, products and enthusiasm. Thank you!

Thanks a million for your time, your advice and your kindness this morning Pete. I couldn’t resist it and abandoned my trip up Pavey Ark in favour of a swim in Ullswater. The Reaction is a perfect fit and seems to really suit me. I felt very comfortable in it and following your advice got it on without having to beg the help of a tourist! The doughnut float bobbed reassuringly behind me and works really well. Everything does and I think I’ll have a lot of fun with this. It was a gorgeous afternoon and there was heat in the Sun. Many thanks for your help and advice at the try-on event last Sunday. Took my new wet suit for its first serious outing tonight, it fell awesome, so much more buoyancy and freedom of movement. I visited yesterday for a wetsuit fitting (I was on the M6 anyway) and am more than delighted with the result. I had a 35 minute sea swim yesterday evening at Seahouses North Beach, only came out because I was tired, and other than a cold hand I was still cosily warm. OK I’m lucky that I could buy a “thermal helix” but Pete’s advice was key in ensuring that I brought the right size (left to myself I’d have brought a MT rather than a SMT) and that I put it on correctly. All in all I thought it was a wonderful service (and an impressive wetsuit)
